VidModel.ai Terms of Service

Welcome to VidModel.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VidModel.ai, including our website, APIs, tools, models, documentation, and related services for video and image generation (the "Services").
By using VidModel.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. Use of the Services
VidModel.ai provides APIs and tools for generating and processing videos, images, and related visual content. You are responsible for how you use the Services, the prompts and materials you submit, and the outputs you create.
You must use the Services lawfully and must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or attempt to bypass limits, billing, safety systems, or security controls.
2. Commercial Use
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated through VidModel.ai for commercial purposes. This includes use in products, websites, apps, advertisements, social media, client projects, and other business materials.
You are responsible for making sure your inputs and outputs do not violate third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, and contractual rights.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use VidModel.ai to create, upload, request, process, publish, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
Strictly prohibited uses include:
- any sexual content involving minors;
- child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or content that sexualizes children in any way;
- non-consensual sexual content, intimate images, or nudity involving real people;
- impersonation, fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive content;
- harassment, threats, hate, violence, or extremist content;
- malware, unauthorized access, security attacks, or attempts to disrupt the Services;
- content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights; and
- any use that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We may block, remove, suspend, or terminate any account, API key, request, or output that we believe violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, security, or operational risk.
4. User Content and Outputs
"User Content" means prompts, images, videos, files, data, and other materials you submit to the Services. "Outputs" means videos, images, or other content generated by the Services.
You keep your rights in your User Content. As between you and VidModel.ai, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the Outputs generated for you.
You give VidModel.ai permission to process your User Content and Outputs as needed to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and enforce the Services.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.
5. Accounts, API Keys, and Billing
You are responsible for your account, API keys, credentials, usage, and fees. Keep your API keys secure and notify us immediately if you believe your account or keys have been compromised.
Paid Services, subscriptions, credits, and usage-based fees are subject to the pricing and billing terms shown on our website, dashboard, invoice, or order form. Unless stated otherwise, consumed credits and used Services are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
VidModel.ai owns all rights in the Services, including our software, models, systems, APIs, documentation, branding, and technology. These Terms do not give you ownership of the Services.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract, or build competing services from VidModel.ai's models, systems, or non-public technology.
7. Service Changes
We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including models, features, endpoints, pricing, rate limits, or availability.
We try to keep the Services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidModel.ai disclaims all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create risk for VidModel.ai or others, or use the Services unlawfully.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VidModel.ai after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
